Kathy Agner is a ROCKSTAR!! I had rented a property through Paramount Properties for 2 years before deciding it was time to finally buy my first house. As a 27 year old that decision was super scary and I knew NOTHING about buying a house nor the process. Kathy was extremely supportive in finding the PERFECT house for me with everything I wanted and more. In less than 2 months, not only had she found me a property I had only dreamed of finding, but I closed on the house and I was moving in! I'll only go to Paramount properties with Kathy the rest of my life while in central Florida! Highly recommend buying from Paramount with Mrs Agner!!

David Fridovich was our buying agent he is so AWESOME!! He was a Godsend during our transition to the Florida area. He is a native to Central Florida and has a lot of positive professional relationships established which proved very helpful to us during this purchase.
